1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Konvy ✕ Spartans.com affiliate and rewards program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from participating in the rewards program, milestone track, or leaderboards.

2. Affiliate Tracking & Eligibility

To qualify for leaderboard prizes, milestone rewards, and VIP status, players must be strictly tracked under the affiliate code KONVY.

• You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to participate.
• Failure to use the correct affiliate link or code at sign-up forfeits all potential rewards.
• We cannot manually move existing accounts under the affiliate code.

3. Payouts & Reward Milestones

All leaderboard prizes, wager milestones, and cash drops are funded entirely through the Konvy ✕ Spartans.com partnership budget. Rewards are calculated based on your legitimate wager volume tracked through the platform. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel payouts in the event of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or platform tracking anomalies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to manipulate the rewards system will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the VIP program. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim lower-tier milestones repeatedly.
• Engaging in wager-washing, opposite-betting, or zero-risk betting strategies to artificially inflate volume.
• Exploiting platform bugs to climb the leaderboard.

5. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the rewards program, leaderboard prize structures, or these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes your full acceptance of the new terms.
